Oridium is open to all users worldwide. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.
4. Privacy by design
Oridium does not collect personal data, create accounts, or track users. Your wallet and private key are generated and stored locally on your device. We do not store, access, or control your assets — you do.
7. Project status
Oridium is developed and maintained by an independent creator. It is a self-hosted, evolving system, and no central company or team assumes responsibility for your usage. You use it as-is, at your own risk and with full autonomy.
2. No financial guarantee
Oridium is not a financial product, and no performance, return, or value growth is guaranteed. Mining Oridium or acquiring ORID tokens does not create any contractual obligation or entitlement to profit. You may lose value or time. Use Oridium because you believe in the project — not as an investment promise.
5. Mining usage
Mining in Oridium is designed to be lightweight and browser-based. At current levels, CPU usage remains minimal. However, over time, mining difficulty may increase and require greater computational resources, which could impact your device’s performance. Oridium is not responsible for hardware usage or wear related to mining activity.
Let this be clear:
Oridium is a tool — not a promise. Its value lies in its design, its simplicity, and the trust it earns, not the speculation it attracts.
3. Token status
ORID is not recognized as an official currency or legal tender in any jurisdiction. The token may, in the future, be wrapped on public blockchains for exchange purposes, but no date or value is guaranteed.
